"I Don't Like the Recession (But la Receción Likes Me)", comes from our newest single of our third upcoming studio album bearing the same name.
Rather than lamenting over a down turned economy, we decided to deal with these tough times by booking a night of great music.
Diego Garcia (Elefant) and Linfinity will join our recipe for dealing with tough times.
We are sad the MyspaceLatino folded and 30% of the myspace employed have been laid-off.
We wish the best of luck to all the people that are looking for job. And hey, it's Recession time :(
Speaking about recession, we are recording our third album. Not going to say the name of the album yet, although
we have it,
but it will include songs like: I Don't Like the Recession (But la Receciíon Likes me), Small Town
(a Lou Reed song), in/out of Love, and many more. We were thinking on doing an EP, but I think it'll end up being a full length.
It's coming up really great. A radical change on the sound and on the way we are writing the music.
This is the most collaborative album yet. We are so exited about it, and can't wait to share with all of you :)

The show at the Highline Ballroom with Bajofondo Tango Club was so much fun.
We want to thank the people from the Highline, specially to: Stephanie, Justin, Jeff, Will for their love, and Bajofondo for their kindness.

The tour to SXSW was so much fun. The turn out in all the cities was great and we had
an amazing time.
The next show is at Highline Ballroom on Friday 10. We are playing with one of our
Favorite bands "Bajofondo Tango Club" formed by "Maestro" producer Gustavo Santaolalla.

The NACA conference in CT went really great and we met a lot of new cool friends.

We just finished recording the new single SpaceCotheque and we’ll be releasing it

The trip to Argentina was great, we did three amazing shows.

Contramano is heading to the NACA in Hartford, Connecticut,
for a three days conference.

we honestly didn't expect since we saw such much talent that night.

FINALLY, FINALLY!!!
Our EPK is here.
After 2 years of being a member of Sonicbids, we decided to finish our EPK.
For a long time we refused to do it since we though that EPKs are kind of cheesy… but, well, we needed one.
While making it, we realized how many things we've done. It seems that 10 minutes is not enough time to show it all.
We thought that we didn't have enough material, but now we can say that we are very proud of all we've done so far.
And there'll be more to come.
The trip to LA is being postponed till the end of March due to studio lease problems. We'll be announcing soon the details.
